This role is not just about making calls — it’s about understanding customer needs, providing accurate information, and representing our brand with professionalism and empathy.
What You’ll Do
• Make outbound and inbound calls to customers to promote products or services.
• Clearly explain product features, offers, and benefits in a simple and engaging way.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
• Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints professionally.
• Follow up with potential leads and existing customers to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
• Ability to persuade, negotiate, and build rapport with customers.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
• Strong listening skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
• High school diploma or equivalent; graduate preferred.
